Tokens of living

The original family business is situated on an historic farm in the Netherlands, established by
Rudi Meerwijk more than 40 years ago.

It is located in National Park The Veluwe in the middle of the Netherlands.

Meerwijk Antiek sources each piece of furniture individually in Europe from local farms, village markets and broccantes, before restoring it to the original state and finish. Ages vary from 100 to 400 years.
Countries of origin include France and Spain and several eastern European countries.

Rudy is probably one of the best restorers of antique furniture in the lowlands. His knowledge and passion of antique furniture, waxes and patina’s is hard to beat.

Among the famous clientele belong the Dutch Queen Beatrix and famous Dutch artists and performers.

Saturday’s are the days to visit Meerwijk Antiek. Enjoy the wood fire, coffee and cake in a natural ambiance and the presents of Rudi and Loes Meerwijk.
